A Bracer from the Republic of Calvard, and one of the party members in Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (英雄伝説 空の軌跡 Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki). Of all the characters, he has the least storyline.

In the First Chapter, Estelle and Joshua met Zin at a tournament and joined Zin's party because he was a single entry. The localized version changed his name to Zane (what the heck?).

In the Second Chapter, Zin rejoined party during the raid at Four Chromatic Towers.

In the Third Chapter, there was a small side story for Zin to obtain his new craft.

Zin is the best tank in the game. He has few crafts, all of which are very useful, especially since the widest aggro craft and Str/Def +50% craft. I personally did not use him much, but it was very fun to bring him with 3 spellcasters (Klose, Olivier, and Renne) and let him take all the damage. His S-Crafts are True Dragon Brandish Kick (真・龍閃脚 Shin Ryuusenkyaku), True Palm of the Thunder God (真・雷神掌 Shin Raijinshou), and Secret Art Black Tortoise Mountain Mover (絶招・泰山玄武靠 Ougi Taizangenbukou).
