Author Notes
Made with the intent of having a princess who beats up any who expect her to play the damsel in distress role. Since she was needing a way to be able to leave her castle with Raia Drake, Rei-mi Ji was made to help her with that. Though they masquerade as a traveling act of a dancer and gypsy Xi-li Rin's dancing outfit doesn't tend to be covered often. She tends to mirror Xiao-Lin when ever made in the Soul series.
Soulcalibur III
- Beautiful Princess
- Current SC3 outfit design fit more for when she's at home and the best representation of her princess look.
Soulcalibur IV
- Beautiful Princess
- Outfit passed down and recolored from Su Xiaolin as it is a discontinued outfit for her.
Soulcalibur BD
- Beautiful Princess
- Attempted recreation of her outfit from SC3. Due to BD limitations the glove part of her arm piece isn't colored when it should be Pink to match her shirt. Also without Ring Trousers I had to settle with a different pair of tight pants.
Soulcalibur V
- Baby Blue Stream
- Adapting to a different concept than usual, while her previous versions have been her home outfit this version is meant to emulate her dancing attire disguise when she runs away from home.
Warriors Series
- Dynasty Warriors 7 ~ Beautiful Princess
- While I usually like her designs in Soulcalibur the limited colors in 7:E made it quite tough to make an outfit I wanted. I would usually have her with the facial traits of Xiao-Lin, but I decided to give her Xie Liling's facial structure.
- Dynasty Warrior 8 ~ Beautiful Princess
- Wanted to go for a different look since White works well with Teal, would've loved having Lu Xun's single Sword from DW6 as the weapon choice (or Zhou Yu's prior to DW6).
- Samurai Warriors 4 ~ Beautiful Princess
- As with most Dark Time characters her concept is based on an alpha design before her true design (which the Soulcalibur games have come close to). At first I wasn't sure what kind of design I wanted for Xi-li Rin while in the planning stages, this is one of her princess designs that I never used in the Soulcalibur games as I wanted her to be a runaway princess rather than the type her parents want which is damsel in distress. The hair (minus the flower) is accurate to how I was originally wanting her hair to be.
