Volodymyr Grigoriyev Rasputin a Red Elf from Aniva, Knossos. He is the Czar of Aniva as well as the leader of the Red Elves.

Since long, he forged an alliance between the red elves and the dragons. Volodymyr, via his public relations officers, created an image of a manly leader in order to, according to his own words, "drown the capitalism of the high elves". Volodymir himself is considered one of the physically strongest elves. He covers his gap in magic knowledge by mastering a wide array of technologies.

Volodymyr was named after the occultist Grigori Rasputin. He is 170 cm tall and weighs 71 kg.
