The Water God of Dream Port, Sovereign Rime Boann appears as a lady with a colorful outfit. Additionally, parts of her skin also have colorful scales. Her true form is the Rainbow Serpent, roaming all seas of Dream Port and can be seen as a rainbow gleam on the ocean.

Boann's name was taken from a river goddess' name in Irish mythology. Her design is a homage to La Sirene from Shadow Hearts.
