Author Notes
Part of a small project I had around 2007 where I wanted to personify the tier 4 elemental spell certain Espers used in Final fantasy XII. Shina has hard the hardest time keeping a consistent look among the 8 (even changing skin tones between games), where others have had some form of concept to revolve around it wasn't until SC5 where I decided to have her as either an Indian or a Rodeo girl.
Soulcalibur III
- Gaia's Rage
- Her skin color which was originally Pale, later changing to Tan then changed again to Dark. All Elementals with a visible neck have Grand Choker colored to their element, in Quakeja's case the gem is Brown.
Soulcalibur IV
- Gaia Gear
- There was no way to make her BD version completely as some parts were BD exclusive, so she was given a new design for SC4.
Soulcalibur BD
- Gaia's Rage
- In SC3 she originally had 3 outfits which was narrowed down to 1. While her SC4 design is completely different this gave more of an Earth feel compared to it.
Soulcalibur V
- Gaia's Rage
- While she has never had a consistent design choice throughout the games I figured to give her an Indian feel this time around since parts were available to make it. Her name was originally Quakeja, though from this game onward I gave her the name Shina. There was nothing to represent her element so she has a bull tattoo on her back.
Warriors Series
- Dynasty Warriors 7 ~ Gaia's Rage
- In SC5 she had Indian clothing, I figured why not make her a Cowgirl this time since she never has a consistent design anyway. Her clothing is supposed to be colored Brown, but there's no option for that.
- Dynasty Warriors 8 ~ Gaia's Rage
- Theme of Lu Bu - DW 7th mix - plays when she is met during battle.
- Samurai Warrior 4 ~ Gaia's Rage
- The Cowgirl theme from DW7:E managed to slip its way in here so decided to go for that.
