The pacifist of the trio between her, Maou and Nagi who were all looking to join Karin's army when Aisha and her companions arrived at the village the three were protecting from a large horde of bandits. She tends to goof off in town and is the least experienced in fighting between the three. When the Yellow Turban Rebellion happened the Chō sisters were to be captured and put to death, Sawa reasoned with Karin to not get them killed. Like Touka she is a big fan of the Chō sisters.
