He comes from the royal family of Germanicus which are very strict about their lineage. Nero dislikes meddling with his family affairs and let his parents decide his life, a choice he regrets when he married Milonia. He appeared as a gloomy person, but talks rather positive in conversations. Nero has a hobby to collect antique items, especially paintings.
Nero was named after the late Roman emperor. He is 172 cm tall and weighs 68 kg.

Nero's design is a homage to Belenus from Valkyrie profile. I picked Raphael to make him agile, as well as having some powerful single strikes.

- This is quite close to my vision of his outfit. His color scheme was changed to Purple so he fits with the Zebulons.

- Much better than his 7E outfit.
