Soulcalibur IV

The undead skinned womanly katana + dimension sword wielder from Samurai Warriors 2/4 and the Orochi Warriors games. I think the resemblance overall is pretty solid, apart from the unchangeable stripes on the Guardian's Breeches, the more Musashi-esque hairstyle, and a lack of a calm and feminine voice. Mitsurugi's style doesn't hold the katana in one hand, so that's another unfortunate downfall.
