Izabeth is Izabelle's "twin sister". She was "born" in the same matter as Izabelle, but was regarded as a failure when compared to her sister. When their creator Ouros sent out Izabelle to do his bidding, he kept Izabeth chained up and treated her poorly. Izabelle only did what Ouros told her because she believed that he would do something horrible to her sister. But Izabeth managed to escape and made her way to the Black Citadel. When they were reunited they agreed to confront the Emperor and tell him about Ouros and his plans. He agreed to give them both sanctuary for the information.

Like her sister, Izabeth is only about a foot tall, but she does not possess her shape-shifting abilities. Instead she has the ability to control energy, though at a small level.
