Izabelle is an imp-like homunculus. She has shape changing and chameleon-like abilities. She is usually in this form, about 12 to 18 inches tall with small wings that seem to barely keep her aloft. She appeared in the Emperor's court, stating that her "Master" has sent her to him as a present and to be a faithful servant to the Emperor. As of yet she has un-erroringly followed any command the Emperor has given her, except for when he asks her who her "Master" is, she just giggles and shakes her head.
