Shiva and the other Pantheon Gods were unable to stop Osiris from reaching Isis' pyramid. As they feared, he discovered that it was not his deceased wife Isis, but a sorceress usurping her name and the energies within the pyramid. He smashed the pyramid, burying the false Isis within. Osiris then flew into a destructive rage. Shiva then suggested to the others that there is only one possible being left who could maybe talk Osiris down from his rage, or if need be have the power to stop him, and that is Osiris' own son, Horus.
