Officer Hattori (服部刑事 Hattori Keiji) is a police officer at Gi'on, specialized in supernatural case, and a close friend of the Ootengu of Arayashiki. He is very proud of his knowledge in occultism, and often challenge the Ootengu to find the cause of disturbances with complete disregard of the situation.

His real name is, incidentally, Keiji (服部啓次 Hattori Keiji).

Dynasty Warriors 7: I tried as close as I can to a Tashou era policeman.
Dynasty Warrior 8: This moveset fits his police motive, though I swapped his with Shoutoku to makes sense.
