The head chef of the Forbidden Palace, one of the sub characters of Chuuka Ichiban. He was an indifferent person, but aided Liu Maoxing to advance Mao's career, such as giving him a letter of recommendation so he can enter the Supreme Chef Test.

He is supposed to be Lan Feihong's superior, but this was not explicitly stated in the manga.
