Dracona is the daughter of the Vampyr lord Dragus and the commander of his army. She always knew she was different from those around her since she was a child. One day while the others retreated to their chambers deep beneath the castle to hide from the sunrise, she was trapped outside. Yet the sun did not kill her as she was expecting. Not wanting to seem out of place she kept this to herself. But as she got older she witnessed other things. She found she had many of their strengths, but few of their weaknesses. She had their taste for blood, but found she did not need it as they did. This was confirmed when one day she was approached by a hooded stranger who told her she was in fact not a Vampyr, but a Dhampyr, the offspring of a Vampyr and a human. This news was shocking, but explained many things. She must now deal with the conflict within her, which side will she take when her father's war against the mortal world begins.
