Brugo is an orc who from a young age had the knack for designing and building ships. As an adult he became well known for unusual, but still sea worthy vessels for many rulers and nobles. He was commissioned by Dakkon before his death to design and build the largest and near indestructible sea faring ship ever made. So Brugo began construction of his most ambitious project of his life. He chose a large secret cove on the shores of the Unfathomed Ocean and began his work. And due to that not many people knew about this, there was no record of it after Dakkon's death. But an obscure letter came to Kristof's attention about the commission of a ship by Dakkon, and the location of the secret cove. He traveled there with a small garrison of his Black Guard. When he entered a passage leading into the cove he saw what could only have been the largest and most elaborate ship he had ever seen. He sought out Brugo, who had not heard about the death of Dakkon and the new Emperor. But his allegiance was to his work, not to the former Emperor. He offered the nearly completed ship he had named "Leviathan" to the Emperor, but requested to be the Captain of the vessel. The Emperor agreed.
