Author Notes
I generally go for a commander type of look for him while keeping him look regal. His time as a youth is usually never dabbled into much.
Soulcalibur III
- Deceptive Tactician
- The only time he had a scar which was later taken out (not just because of it not being in later games).
Soulcalibur IV
- Deceptive Tactician
- Not as good as the BD version as there's not much in the ways of making unique looking noblemen.
Soulcalibur BD
- Deceptive Tactician
- Complete makeover to make him look more noble-like in design.
Soulcalibur V
- Deceptive Tactician
- A nice look for him this time around, sadly there aren't many single shoulder pads to choose from, which is a shame since BD got close to it.
Warriors Series
- Dynasty Warriors 7 ~ Deceptive Tactician
- A very nice representation of his look including his accurate hair style which the Soulcalibur games have been having trouble emulating. Just about the only things missing are his pants being White and a shoulder pad on his right arm with this clothing. The Pike secondary weapon is a call back to his earliest concept in which he was a monk in a story I never got to start back in my high school days.
- Dynasty Warriors 8 ~ Deceptive Tactician
- Mainly a moveset update from 7:E.
- Samurai Warriors 4 ~ Deceptive Monk
- As with most Dark Time characters his concept is based on an alpha design before his true design (which the Soulcalibur games have come close to). He and three other characters were part of an old story I was working on in my high school days in 2005 that was eventually dropped. He and Minada were partners in crime working as a maid (her) and monk (him) who were cleaning an Inn the heroes slept in. It was merely a disguise they used to kill unsuspecting heroes who came to sleep at their Inn.
First thing you'll notice is he is much younger than his previous incarnations due to the fact that he was younger compared to the other 3 characters back then who had no age change. His weapon back then was a Pike, but the Naginata style doesn't fit how he swung his weapon, thus why Yukimura was chosen.
